Where did your passion for your job begin?
Ever Since I was a child, I’ve had a deep fascination for foreign languages. Every time I heard words in unknown languages, spoken by passersby or guests in our home, an irresistible curiosity would be aroused within me.
After completing more in-depth studies in tourism, I finally achieved one of my greatest dreams: to travel abroad. Encouraged by my family in this endeavour, I embarked on exploring cultures and traditions far removed from my own, while simultaneously honing the most precious art: communication in other languages.
It was through these experiences that my passion for dialogue, discovery, and meeting people from different backgrounds began. Every conversation is a bridge to new perspectives, and I never stop crossing it.
What does hospitality mean to you?
For me, hospitality means taking care of people, making them feel at home immediately, even when they are in a new environment. It’s the ability to create a sense of familiarity and well-being, to anticipate guests’ desires, and to leave them with a special memory, made of emotions and small details that warm the heart. The secret ingredient? Empathy. That can’t be learned; it’s felt, lived, and shared.
My philosophy aligns perfectly with the villas’ environment, places of rare beauty immersed in hazelnut groves, vineyards, and quiet corners of nature, interrupted only by the song of birds. It’s the perfect setting for someone like me, who has always loved creating warm atmospheres and paying attention to every detail to make guests feel truly at ease.
