AN ECOSYSTEM
OF COMFORTS AND RESPONSIBILITY
When renovating these villas, we chose to listen to the needs of the environment where they are situated, thus using exclusively ecological materials. The roof cladding and wall insulation were made of wood fibres, rather than petroleum-based materials. Every detail, from the certified parquet floors to the selection of locally sourced materials, evokes the respect for this land and symbolizes our commitment to a sustainable future.
The pools are equipped with an electrolysis system that transforms dissolved salt in the water into natural chlorine, without the need for chemical additives. The same approach is applied to the villa gardens, where only natural fertilizers are used. Avoiding pesticides means not only caring for the plants and soil but also for the guests, ensuring a respectful and healthy environment.
LOW IMPACT AS A PHILOSOPHICAL PREMISE
The A energy class is the result of specific choices: we fitted the villas with LED or low-consumption lights, while energy-saving appliances are both practical and efficient and avoid unnecessary waste. There’s a system of solar panels on the roofs that transforms the sun into pure energy, fuelling the heat pump that warms the winters and cools the summers. Each home is enhanced by a state-of-the-art home automation system, designed to optimize consumption and make your stay more sustainable. Additionally, we have provided electric car charging stations in every villa.
Every person involved in the care of the homes — from the property manager to the chefs, from the gardeners to the maintenance staff and cleaners — is an integral part of the local community. In this way, we aim to minimize the environmental impact of transportation, while simultaneously fostering a network of strong ties with the residents.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SMALL GESTURES
Every manifestation of care – however small – is important, because it is precisely in the little everyday actions of individual responsibility that true change can be achieved. There’s no place here for the concept of “disposable items”: in the houses you will only find dispensers with eco-friendly detergents, together with everything you need for careful waste separation.
Our wines and the ingredients used in the cooking classes and chef dinners are selected with a single, essential guiding principle: sustainability. In order to reduce our environmental impact and support local agricultural businesses, we choose producers that are locally sourced and, whenever possible, hold organic certifications. We aim to offer culinary experiences that not only express the authentic and genuine flavours of the land but also respect the ecosystem that hosts us, supporting a supply chain that looks to the future with awareness and responsibility.

Rocce Homes is proud to be part of 1% for the Planet, a global organization promoting environmental responsibility. Through this commitment, we will donate at least 1% of our annual revenue to approved environmental organizations, making a tangible contribution to the protection of the planet.
Today, this network includes thousands of companies and organizations in over 100 countries, with more than $300 million already allocated to sustainable initiatives. Additionally, through the Planet Impact Fund, the organization supports innovative solutions to climate challenges and environmental justice, creating new funding opportunities for a more sustainable future.
With this decision, Rocce Homes strengthens its commitment to responsible tourism and the protection of our ecosystem.
